Who am I most like? I'd say it would be a toss-up between Hermione and Lupin. I'm a real bookworm and I do tend to stress about homework--though not as much as I use to. (I think I have spring fever.) I'd have to say that overall, Lupin just because I am more secluded and I'm a real nature person--Lupin being a werewolf seemed more "outdoorsy" to me than Hermione.

[I must be stupid, 'cause I though this question was talking about personality, but almost everyone talks about physical characters... Who do minds it, if you are blonde like Fleur or if you have glasses like Harry?
The interest here is the personality.]

I'm like Sirius. Maybe it's strange tell it in a place where almost everyone loves him, but I told it in some forums where he was hated by almost anyone!

My friends accept I'm like him. I get angry and I shows it very easily, I'm always the opposite my parents expect... Things like that.

I think I would be a mixture of Ginny Weasley, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, and Remus Lupin.

I aspects of Ginny I have include her initial shyness in front of people she doesnt know or who she isn't comfortable in front of. I tend to take a while to open up to people, but when I do, I can be very feisty, and don't really take any bull from anyone. These seem to be all very Ginny characteristics.

The aspects of Ron I have would probably be his sense of humour, and how he tends to rush into things head on, like a bull at a gate. Things like... jumping to conclusions when it comes to people's motivation or hidden agendas. I do this. I also tend to crack jokes pretty much constantly.

The aspects of Hermione I think I have would be her insecurity with herself that she hides by trying to do everything right all the time, by knowing as much as she possibly can know about any given subject. I also think Hermione has became braver and less naive as she has matured. I think these are aspects I also share with her.

And lastly, I think I share Lupin's bookishness, and his quiet nature. I also think Lupin is very choosy when it comes to the people he considers his friends, although this doesn't make him a bad person, or mean or anything. It just takes a specific kind of person for him to get close to. I think I am also like this.

Wow. What a crazy looking character I would make, combining all four of those. Red extremely bushy hair, freckles, shabby appearance, and very pale skin. heh.

Lol. People say I look exactly like Bellatrix Lestrange (half- movie- half- book version) I have long straight dark hair, im tall, thin, and my face looks like helena bonham carter. Lol. I have dark eyes and high cheekbones. Im not british though.

Personality wise, me and Bellatrix are strangely alike. Haha sorry to scare you there! I've been known to be arrogant, self centered, and cruel. Every quiz ive taken says i am in slytherin and that i am slightly insane lmao! I have severe mood swings and i would probably become a death eater. I think voldy was super hot when he was younger. I am very loud and i find it hard to sympathize with other ppl. I am really hard working and smart. I have two sisters and coincidentally im the oldest and my youngest sister Natalie is blonde!

I went as Bellatrix on halloween and people say that it is scary how alike we are. Surprised I know that she has done many cruel things but i think she is awesome! Lol isnt that just creepy? My friends have started calling me bellatrix cuz i look exactly like her (exept the crazy hair in the movies lmao!)

I have brown hair like Hermione, although it's long and wavy like Luna's. I act like Miss Granger, but inside I'm more of a cross between Ginny, Bellatrix and Miss Lovegood. Sort of.

Oh! Well I would HAVE to say Luna! I can be crazy at times but I do respect and follow my friends.

I can be a little bit drastic in my beliefs and go a little OTT sometimes. I'm never afraid to stand up for what I believe in. I also suffer teasing about my beliefs and style a lot, too. (Who says crumple-horned snorcacks don't exist?)

Hmm....Well, I took a quiz that tells you which HP character you are most like and I got Fred and George. But out of the Marauders, I must say that I'm a healthy mix of Remus and Sirius with a dash of James. Why Remus? I have my quiet moments and I usually play the peace-keeper when I'm with my friends and things get out of the norm. Sirius: I tend to add fuel to the fire, whether it be temper wise or just getting into a sticky situation. Both Sirius's and James's can be seen in my attitude, and not the good kind. I can get, shamefully, big headed at times, and I also tend to be a bit malicious if I'm not careful or if just just don't care. It's also very possible and probable that I have Ron's temperament, too. Practically my whole head can glow red if I get mad enough -- ears and all.

Since the above was basically my comparing myself to the HP guys, and since I'm a girl, I think it proper to compare myself to HP girls. I get my kooky randomocity from Luna (Bless her...) and my over-all attitude is almost exactly like Ginny's. I can be bossy like Hermione and as giggley-headed as the group of girls that stalked Victor Krum. Since I manage to somehow trip up the stairs, I definitely have Tonk's poise.

I'm like Sirius. That's one of the reasons why I love him so much; I think I could read his mind. I posted a reply in one of the topics where I recounted traits that we have in common. THe list is very long... Smile

The other one is Fleur; she's the one that I've been identifying with while reading the books. I'm not saying I'm drop-dead gorgeous, but I'm very attractive to men although I act much like her: arrogant, head in the clouds, stuck-up, proud... That's terrible, I know.... Sad And it's not how I really am. I think it's just a guard for men who can be boring. I hate boring.
Fleur and I are both brave and loyal to the ones we love. And we have the same taste in men... I'm thinkin' of rockers with long hair.. Though Bill is a bit boring to me, he should be less serious. Sirius Smile is much more interesting... Much more 'bad-boy' type, with his own attitude and liveliness Very Happy

Its fun reading how people think of themselves. I'm still not sure whether we're going on physical appearance or personality.

I think the best way I could some up my character like-ness would be a strong-headed Tonks. My friends compare me to our favorite Metamorphmagus constantly. For one, I am just as clumsy as Nymphadora, if not more so. I can walk across a perfectly flat surface and find something to trip over. For another thing, I'm incredibly stubborn. If I get in an argument it will not end until I have won. I think Tonks was very stubborn in pursuing Lupin which showed a magnificent taste in men. I'm also very friendly and outgoing. Tonks knows how to have fun. I wish I could change my appearance as easily as she did. (On a side note I was incredibly excited to see a picture of Tonks in Half-Blood Prince because technically its what she should look like unmorphed and she looked just like me! Plans for Halloween instantly materialized).

In some ways, though, I am not much like Tonks. For instance, Tonks was in Huffelpuff, and not to sound stereotypical, but I know I'm much more like a Gryffindor. I'm very rash and blunt. Too often people don't consider the negative qualities of Gryffindor. They don't have much tact in the house of red and gold. This makes me think I'm more of a mixture of Tonks and Ron.

Ha- if there were a character I'd want to be like it'd be Peeves. Can you imagine how much fun that would be? Alas, were I to act like the poltergeist I'm sure not many would appreciate it.

Hmm...looks-wise I'm really not that much like anyone. Short brown hair, medium height, blue eyes...it doesn't bring anyone to mind, really. Perhaps if Hermione cut off her hair and got blue contacts...

As far as my personality goes, I think I'm Luna/Lupin/the Dark Side of Sirius. I can get pretty crazy at times (ask my RL friends, and they'll tell stories of me yelling at Will that I am the Queen of England and of me prattling on about oddly-shaped mailmen. Ask my Immy friends, and they'll tell tales of llamas) and loose focus on things occasionally. I've got Lupin's quiet mischief, in the sense that I don't go out looking to pull pranks, but I laugh and go along with it and occasionally put my two cents in. Sirius's Dark Side (his moody, serious *cringes at pun*, attitude) also seems like me because I'm quite the pessimist and tend to sulk when I'm mad. Maybe there's just a hint of Tonks in me, but I tend to be quieter than her, and sadly I've never died my hair any cool color (but I'm dying to put lime-green in it).

Out of all the HP characters, I would say that I am probably most like Remus Lupin. Remus, as I have perceived him, is quiet and pretty reserved on the outside, but can still feel deeply. He is quite sensitive, and also has the habit of bottling up and not letting people know when something is hurting him. As can be seen from OOTP, he 'recovers' pretty well from Sirius' death and in DH he seems almost unemotional at one point about Tonks altogether. I feel that both these incidents, however, did not actually mean that he did not feel pain, rather that he felt it intensely and wished to hide this from the rest of the world. On the other hand, he also has these moments when he lets out some of that emotion, usually in a sudden burst of grief or anger (after Dumbledore's death for example, or at Grimmauld Place in DH). Anyhow, where I'm going to here is that this is often how I behave in RL (not so much on Immy, because for some reason I am far more extroverted on Immy). I really don't like to complain when I'm hurt, so I often end up not telling people, even people really close to me. And when I do let out some steam, it's usually a mini-explosion.

The next point is that, like Remus, I prefer friendly, sociable and naturally outgoing friends (like you, Goodikins), because I am not good at making friends in general. I'm pretty tentative and cautious when I meet a new person, so someone who is willing to be warm to me from the start is best. Remus' best friends were Sirius and James -- both these boys were definitely extroverted and, in contrast to Remus, extremely self-confident, to the point of arrogance. When I imagine Remus' first meeting with them, I always think that Sirius and James were the ones that were more forthcoming.

Lastly, I get the impression from 'Snape's Worst Memory' in OOTP that Remus was rather the studious type. This is definitely me -- right after an exam, I will most definitely be studying for the next one. I hate to leave things unfinished, and feel really bad about procrastinating. And, of course, Remus was a marauder so I guess he was just a little mischievous -- well, that comes out in me sometimes.

So, all in all, those are the similiarities. There is no physical resemblance, and I like to think I have a bit more confidence and a higher self-esteem than Remus. Other than that, he and I are two peas in a pod!

Laughing Take Tonks, Hermione and Ron's worst traits and put them together and you get me!! Okay, not something to be proud about, but you gotta resign yourself to the fact and accept yourself for what you are, right?

I'm like Tonks in the sense I'm dead clumsy, and suck at helping around the house.

Then I'm like Hermione because I've spent most of my life thinking I'm the smartest person in the world and bossing people around in a righteous way ("don't skip classes", "don't smoke", "don't deny the dog food" etc), and later on, trying to stand up for people who can't speak for themselves (my idea of the last would be screaming my head off at boys in my class when they try to torture/kill a poor wasp that's got stuck inside) Also I'm studying to get into a law college, so if I do manage to make it into the legal field, that'll be another reason why I'm like Hermione! Very Happy

But I guess I'm most like Ron - a loyal friend, but someone who can become pretty selfish and immature at times, and also act very lazy during exams and not study at all Sad

Of course though, if I had to play somebody, it'd have to be Parvati Patil, or maybe Padma ... not much of a choice sadly! Laughing

I'd say I'm, like, maybe a combination of Hermione and Remus. Razz If we're going by looks, then I definitely have Hermione-hair. It's brown and curly, just like hers. I'm also pretty smart, like her, though I don't show it off as much as she does. (That aspect of her reminds me a lot of one of my best friends. XD) I also love reading, ad can be a little bit of an overachiever when I wanna be. (Sadly, I'm also a terrible procrastinator. Right now I ought to be working on a paper that's due tomorrow. Oh well.)

As for Remus, I do think I'm quite a bit like him. He was pretty cheerful in PoA a lot of the time, and I'm usually happy when I'm doing stuff I love (well, who isn't?). And I loved the way he acted around Snape in PoA - very civil and polite. That's how I am around people I don't like. I don't really like fighting, so I tend to just be nice to everyone. I also don't lose my temper easily - the only time we saw Remus lose his was in DH when Harry called him a coward. I'm pretty quiet and reserved, like Remus, and don't have very many real close friends, which I think we can say is true of Remus.

If I were going to play a character in a movie, it'd have to be Hermione, of course. Wink Unless Remus suddenly turns into a tiny curly-haired, glasses-wearing, almost-seventeen-year-old girl. Laughing

I picked up on Hermione from the start. I like to have all my ducks in a row before I make a move. And I'm the one people come to when they need some oddment, like needle and thread to fix a pulled out hem twenty minutes before curtain, so other's see me as overprepared for anything, obviously.
Otherwise, I'm a pretty private person, so that's somewhat Hermione, and a lot Lupin. Also don't like controversy, especially among friends and colleagues. That's part Hermione and Lupin, too.
And I have lots of brown hair, and wear lots of hand-me-downs. But my h-m-d's come from a doctor's wife, so they hold up better than poor Remus' threads. Wink
